Hello and welcome 🙂
I am a fully qualified Sport and Exercise Nutritionist registered to the Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register. I completed a double major first class Bachelors degree in ‘Sport and Exercise Science’ and ‘Human Communication Studies’ in the USA. On returning to the UK I completed a Masters degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition in Oxford.
In my youth I played county level football and national level tennis. I then became a full time athlete where I obtained a 4- year tennis scholarship to the University of Northern Colorado, a division 1 University in the USA.
I now enjoy practising what I preach; living a healthy, happy and balanced lifestyle where I enjoy spending time in the kitchen, making progress in the gym, playing and coaching tennis and valuing quality time with family and friends.
Why choose to work with me?
My number one priority is health, and thats where the name comes from. The food choices we make essentially affect EVERYTHING we do. I offer the latest published nutrition research, unbiased opinions and most importantly my undivided attention. Through nutrition and lifestyle coaching I am here to serve you, to guide and support you on your journey to reach your ultimate destination whether this is to optimal health, sports performance or specific body composition goals.
